West Pearland is home to the Pearland Town Center with it’s symbolic red watertower that plays home to a number of businesses like a Barnes and Noble, Macy’s, Dillards and Learning Express Toys which is a clever locally owned toy store. West Pearland also has the Silverlake Shopping Center, which is home to an Office Depot, Target, Marshall’s, Randall’s and the Cinemark Theatre where you can catch a showing of the latest blockbuster. Not too far away you’ll find The Crossing Shopping Center which has a JC Penney, Panera Bread, Half Price Books, and Old Navy.

East Pearland is known to have more established neighborhoods, giving it an old town appeal. In addition to the Pearland library, you’ll find you can also relax and tee up at the Golfcrest Country club, a well kept 18 hole course located in East Pearland. As a largely residential Texas community, Pearland is proud of their high school football teams the Pearland Oilers & The Dawson Eagles who share their own impressive local stadium dubbed “The Rig“.
