I just completed working with Kathy Kipp of Re/Max Top Realty for a second

Kathy Kipp was great to work with to sell our home. We signed up with Kathy
on a Saturday morning and by that afternoon she had already posted our
information on the internet. Within a couple of days, postcards were mailed out
with the information on our home. We had 12 showings in 5 days and had an offer
on day 20…and this was the slow season! Thanks to Kathy, our home sold in
record time!
