That’s been Kathy’s motto since she entered the Pearland Real Estate market as a Realtor® in 1990. For her, assisting people with the sale, purchase, leasing, or property management of their homes and investment properties is not just a way to make a living, it’s a way to enjoy forming new relationships.  She has a way of meeting new clients as strangers, and closing transactions with new friends!

Originally from Salem, Massachusetts, Kathy has been a resident of the Houston Metropolitan area since 1974, and has owned homes in Pearland for the majority of her life.

Kathy's Dogs, Molly & Moochie

When Kathy isn’t providing superior service to her clients, she enjoys running, Pilates, attending church at New Hope, serving the community on the Board of Directors at the Vic Coppinger YMCA, or spending time with friends, her husband, 2 adult children, or the apples of her eye, her 2 dogs, Molly and Moochie. Other favorite past-times are dining out around Pearland, and traveling.
